About Us

Adams Notary Services LLC, is a Fulltime commissioned mobile notary in the state of Virginia and a member of the National Notary Association (NNA). We also have Remote Online Services with DocVerify.

I am a (mobile) notary signing agent that devotes my time  providing notary services to:  Signing Services, Title companies,  Lenders,  real estate agents and the general public. Because of  my close attention to details, you can take confidence in knowing your loan closings, and all other notarizations will be signed thoroughly and correctly by:

1. All documents being shipped out on time.

2. Borrowers are given a printed copy (not double-sided printing or emailed).

3. Scans of documents provided when requested.

4. Administration of Oath.

5. Only borrowers sign the Note.

6. Signers recorded in log book.

7. Notarizations performed in person.

8. Respect for signer's culture.

9. Fill out and sign Patriot Act.

We make certain that the client's signing experience will be a pleasant one.

Adams Notary Services is there for the communities we serve. We have received training through the National Notary Association (NNA), and am a member in good standing and certified through the NNA loan signing system.

My E&O insurance coverage is $25,000. With these credentials as my foundation,  I have will provide  professional work with excellent customer service. I look forward to growing Adams Notary Services LLC with you.

Our services will be performed at the client's location or at a chosen area acceptable for the client. We do travel to the chosen and agreed upon location to offer notarial services. Services are available by appointment (Same-day services may be granted based on availability). Travel fees apply (based on the GSA rate).
